A blank in the first column means we did not verify it. We make no claim about features Jobber does not publish.

When Jobber may fit better

Jobber may fit better if you want built-in job costing, expense tracking, checklists and a large app marketplace in use today. [7][8] Its pricing page also lists optional add-ons for marketing, an AI receptionist and a sales pipeline. [4] Apex is early access with one business as its only tenant, so it is newer and narrower.

How Apex is designed differently

Apex is designed so an online request arrives pending and the owner, or the owner's own rules, confirms it before it becomes a visit. Pricing is by number of users in three tiers, and texts and AI phone minutes are not included in any plan. Apex is designed to export your data, though export on cancel is only partly built. None of this is a statement about what Jobber lacks. [5]

This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that Jobber falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.

What we could not verify

  • We did not read Jobber's help pages for the full jobs, invoices or visit history export, only the client list export [9].
  • We did not verify which plan tier includes each individual feature beyond what the pricing page lists [7].
  • Prices change. Check Jobber's own pricing page before you buy [1].
