Method: how we source facts and label status
This encyclopedia is written to be quoted, so it has to be checkable. Here is exactly how it is built.
Where the questions come from
We collected 5,165 distinct questions on 2026-10-06. 3,885 were returned by public search suggestions from Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo. 1,280 are questions we wrote from research on common owner problems; they are not measured demand. We have no search volumes and we do not estimate any. We did not use forum posts. Each answer page says whether its question was observed or written by us. Pages were written only for questions we can answer truthfully, so many collected questions have no page.
How competitor facts are handled
Vendor facts come from the vendor’s own pages, linked and dated with the day we read them. Every sentence that names a product carries a numbered source marker, and every dollar figure is declared. We never say a product lacks something unless its own page says so. Prices change, so every comparison says verify before buying. Complaint evidence is in the evidence register, where we link sources and do not republish review text.
How feature status is labelled
Each Apex feature is audited against the code and tests, and the badge on a page is computed from that audit, not typed by an author. When a page involves several features, the badge shows the least-built one. Status date: 2026-10-07.

Apex Flow Scheduler is in early access, and no outside business uses it yet. Texts need a connected provider or a funded wallet, and the wallet is rolling out. There is no native phone app; Apex installs to a phone as a web app.
What we do not do
We do not publish reviews, testimonials, customer counts or rankings. We do not claim compliance certifications. We do not promise delivery dates. Corrections are welcome at the address in the page footer.
