Industry / Carpet and floor care
Built around how a carpet crew actually works a day.
Four rooms in Galt, a sofa nobody should price from a phone call, and a customer who really wants Tuesday morning. Apex keeps all three honest.
For a carpet-cleaning request, Apex validates the service area, records the customer's preferred weekday window, keeps the request pending for owner review, and never invents an upholstery or mattress price.

- Carpet priced per room with a job minimum. Tile priced per square foot. Add-ons priced separately.

Questions, answered first
What does Apex do differently for carpet cleaning?
It understands the rules of the trade: per-room and per-square-foot pricing, minimum job charges, a fixed service area, arrival windows instead of exact times, and photo quotes for services you will not price blind.
How are upholstery and mattress cleaning handled?
They show "photo quote required" with a text button for sending photos. No price is shown, and the request cannot be confirmed until you mark the photos received.
What if a customer is outside my service area?
They are told kindly and given a phone link. The request is not accepted as an eligible request.
Can I offer weekend appointments?
Weekdays are configurable. The Spiker example is Monday to Friday only, and Apex enforces whatever days you choose.
Do you support other trades?
Carpet and floor care first. Other trades will be added only when their service rules are real and tested.
