How the pricing is structured
- Its official pricing page reserves route optimization, advanced proposals and recurring service, and API access for higher tiers.
- Its help center describes campaign texts and emails as paid bundles.
We have not verified how many users each Housecall Pro tier includes, so the calculator does not compute their seat count for you.
What Apex publishes

| Team | $99 per month | Unlimited |
| Pro | $199 per month | Unlimited |
Carrier texts and phone minutes at cost. Card processing at the processor's rate. Cancel anytime. Full data export.
Where the approach differs
For a carpet-cleaning request, Apex validates the service area, records the customer's preferred weekday window, keeps the request pending for owner review, and never invents an upholstery or mattress price.
That is a design choice about requests, not a claim about Housecall Pro. We do not say Housecall Pro lacks any feature, and we have not tested Housecall Pro against this promise.
When Housecall Pro may fit better
If you need a mature, broad platform with many trades, a large marketplace of users and features Apex has not built yet, Housecall Pro is a serious option. Apex is newer and narrower on purpose.
