iPhone

  1. Open the app link in your browser

    Safari works best. Brave, Chrome and Edge on iPhone also work.

  2. Tap the Share button

    The square with an arrow pointing up. In Safari it is at the bottom of the screen. In other browsers it is next to the address bar or in the menu.

  3. Tap “Add to Home Screen”

    Scroll the list down if you do not see it. If it is still missing, open the link in Safari.

  4. Tap “Add”

    Leave the name as it is.

  5. Open Apex Scheduler from your home screen

    It opens full screen like any other app. Crew land on My day.

Android

  1. Open the app link in Chrome, Brave, Edge or Samsung Internet

    Any of them works.

  2. Tap “Install app”

    If the page shows a green Install app button, tap it. If not, tap the three dots at the top right, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

  3. Tap “Install” in the pop-up

    Your phone asks once.

  4. Open Apex Scheduler from your home screen

    It opens full screen like any other app. Crew land on My day.

Questions, answered first

Is it in the App Store or Google Play?
No. Today you add it to your home screen from the browser, which takes about a minute and needs no store account. A store version would be a separate project, and this page will say so when one exists.
Does it work without a signal?
The screens you opened before are kept on the phone and open offline. Anything you tap on My day while offline is held on the phone and sent when the connection returns. A page that has not been saved shows a plain “you are offline” screen, never old data pretending to be current.
How do I sign in on my phone?
Type your email and tap the sign-in link we send. There is no password, and a link is only sent to an email that is already on your business.
Does it use up my storage or data?
No more than a website. It is not a download from a store.
Is the app open to everyone yet?
No. Apex Flow Scheduler is in build and accounts are not open yet. These steps are for invited owners and crew.
