How the pricing is structured
- Its pricing page lists online booking, customer portal, reviews and Zapier as separate add-ons, plus API access and a per-call AI charge.
We have not verified how Markate bills the API figure (monthly or otherwise); the calculator treats it as monthly and says so.
What Apex publishes

| Team | $99 per month | Unlimited |
| Pro | $199 per month | Unlimited |

Where the approach differs
For a carpet-cleaning request, Apex validates the service area, records the customer's preferred weekday window, keeps the request pending for owner review, and never invents an upholstery or mattress price.
That is a design choice about requests, not a claim about Markate. We do not say Markate lacks any feature, and we have not tested Markate against this promise.
When Markate may fit better
If the base plan alone covers your needs and you do not need online requests, a portal or reviews, Markate's entry price is low. The total rises as you add the pieces many shops end up wanting.
