How it works

  1. Pick the service

    Examples help the customer choose. Several services can belong to one visit.

  2. Get an honest state

    Fixed price, starting estimate, inspection needed or photo quote required. The state is always labeled.

  3. Photos for photo-quote services

    The customer texts photos. The request cannot be confirmed until you mark the photos received.

  4. You price it

    You quote with the photos and the context in front of you.

What you get

  • No price appears for a service you marked photo-only.
  • Per-room, per-square-foot and add-on rules are yours to set.
  • Minimum job charges are applied transparently.

Questions, answered first

What does Apex show for upholstery and mattresses?
"Photo quote required" and a text button for sending photos. No price is shown or implied.
Can a customer see a price that is wrong?
Estimates come only from the rules you set. We are adding a check that flags quotes for your review when inputs conflict, such as rooms and square footage that disagree.
Can I change the pricing rules?
Yes, as the owner. Crew users cannot change prices.
