# Apex Flow Scheduler

> Scheduling software for service businesses, carpet and floor care first. A request from the web, a call or a missed call is saved as pending; the owner confirms; the crew gets the day. Spiker Carpet & Tile Care is the reference configuration.

Promise: For a carpet-cleaning request, Apex validates the service area, records the customer's preferred weekday window, keeps the request pending for owner review, and never invents an upholstery or mattress price.

Plans (public, per month, unlimited users on every plan): Solo $49, Team $99, Pro $199. Carrier texts and phone minutes at cost. Card processing at the processor's rate. Cancel anytime. Full data export.

Status: some features are built (scheduling engine, quote engine, messaging rules) and some are in build (owner dashboard, crew app, reports, importers, call answering). Each product page says which.
