Privacy

Plain words about your data.

Effective October 7, 2026. This page covers two things: this website, and the Apex Flow Scheduler app that businesses use.

This website

This website collects nothing about you. It has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no pixels. No form on it sends your words to a server.

  • Emails you choose to send. The “Email us” links and the request-a-function form open your own email app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. If you do, we receive the email you wrote and your email address, and we use them only to answer you.
  • Light or dark choice. If you switch the theme, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It never reaches us.
  • Fonts and images. They are served from this site. Your browser does not contact a font or ad company when you read a page.
  • Hosting records. Like any website, our hosting company keeps ordinary server logs (such as the address a request came from and the page asked for) to keep the site running and safe. We do not use them to follow people around.

The Apex Flow Scheduler app

The app is used by service businesses to run their own customers. Here is how that data is handled.

  • The business owns its customer data. A business can export all of it at any time. We handle it to run the service for that business and for no other purpose. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Each business is kept apart. One business cannot see another business's customers.
  • Texts and AI use the business's own provider. Texts go out, and AI features run, through the provider account the business connects. When a business uses one, the words involved go to that provider under the business's own agreement with them. Texts and AI stay off until the business connects its own provider or funds the prepaid wallet, which is rolling out.
  • Texts need consent, and STOP always works. A customer who asks to stop, in the standard words or in a plain sentence, is removed from texts. Promotional messages are sent only to people who agreed to them, and a marketing email always has an unsubscribe link.
  • Location is only with consent. The crew app shares a worker's location only while that worker is clocked in and has agreed. It is not tracked off the clock.
  • Calls and recordings. Call recording and AI call features stay off until the caller is told about them and consent rules are met.
  • Photos. Job photos have their location data removed before they are shared with a customer.

What we do not claim

We do not hold an independent audit or SOC 2 report, and we say so on the security page.

Your choices

  • If you wrote to us, you can ask us to delete your email and our reply. Email info@apexflowlabs.com.
  • If you are a customer of a business that uses Apex, ask that business to see, correct or delete your information. They can do it from the app, and we will help them do it.
  • To stop texts from a business, reply STOP to any text, or say so in your own words.
