Product / Customer messaging
You never have to guess whether the text went out.
Reminders, on-my-way texts and replies live on the customer record with consent, opt-out state and delivery status in plain sight.

Engine builtReminder, on-my-way, review-request, rebooking and opt-out rules are built and tested. Live carrier delivery and the two-way inbox are in build.
How it works
Consent is recorded
Appointment texts and marketing texts are separate choices, with source and time stored.
Rules decide when
Quiet hours hold messages overnight. STOP is honored on every channel.
Status is visible
Queued, delivered, failed or suppressed, with the reason.
Replies stay with the job
A customer's reply sits on their record, next to their request.
What you get
- A 24-hour reminder before every confirmed visit.
- An on-my-way text sent only after an owner-approved message is queued.
- Review requests after completion, with the right local link.
Plan availability: Reminders on every plan. Two-way messaging on Team.
Questions, answered first
What does a text cost?
Carrier texts are passed through at cost. We do not mark them up.
What about people who reply STOP?
They are suppressed for that type of message everywhere, and the customer record shows it.
Can I send marketing blasts?
Apex is built for service communication. Marketing messages need a separately recorded consent.
