How much does field service scheduling software cost?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerField service scheduling software costs anywhere from $59 a month at the low end of Housecall Pro's published tiers to $499 or more for larger Jobber bundles, while ServiceTitan publishes no figure. [1] [2] [3] The price depends on users, tier and add-ons. [2]

The explanation

Housecall Pro lists Basic at $59 a month billed annually and MAX at $299, with $35 per extra MAX user. [1] Jobber lists tiers that rise with team size and charges $29 a month for each extra user. [2]

ServiceTitan describes per-technician pricing and asks you to request a quote. [3] That model suits a larger company that wants a custom package.

To compare, pick your real user count and the features you need on day one, then total twelve months for each. Include onboarding and any texting or phone add-ons. Dollar figures were read on 2026-10-07 and may have changed, so use each vendor's own page. Ask each vendor whether the figure you were quoted includes texting, phone answering and payments, because those are often separate lines on the same bill. Then multiply the monthly total by twelve and compare that number, not the headline.
