A blank in the first column means we did not verify it. We make no claim about features ServiceTitan does not publish.
When ServiceTitan may fit better
ServiceTitan may fit better for larger trade companies that want project management, inventory, payroll, commission tracking and a long list of pre-built integrations in one system. [3][4][5] Apex is early access with one business as its only tenant, so it is newer and narrower, and it is not built for that scale.
How Apex is designed differently
Apex is designed for small service businesses and shows its prices by number of users in three tiers. An online request arrives pending, and the owner confirms it before it becomes a visit. No plan includes texts or AI phone minutes, and Apex is designed to export your data, though export on cancel is only partly built. This is Apex design, not a claim about any other product.
This is a statement about Apex design, not a claim that ServiceTitan falls short. Apex Flow Scheduler is early access, its only tenant is Apex’s own first business, and many features are still rolling out.
What we could not verify
- ServiceTitan does not show prices on the pages we read, so we state no dollar figure [2].
- We did not read ServiceTitan's contract terms, so we say nothing about minimum term or cancelling [2].
- The help article did not say which user roles may export, so check your permissions [6].
- Prices change. Ask ServiceTitan for a written per-technician quote before you decide [2].
