How much is ServiceTitan?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerServiceTitan does not print a dollar price on its pricing page. [1] It describes per-technician pricing across packages called Starter, Essentials and The Works, each with a Request Pricing button. [1] You get a number by asking for a quote, and the number depends on how many technicians you have. [1]

The explanation

Quote-based pricing is common for larger platforms. The vendor chooses the price after a conversation, so two shops of the same size can hear different numbers. [1]

Before the call, write down your technician count, office staff, trades, and the features you actually need, such as memberships, commission tracking or call recording. The page names commission tracking and customizable memberships among package features. [1]

Ask for the monthly total in writing, including onboarding, implementation, per-technician fees and any add-ons, and ask how long the term is. Then put that figure beside a published-price tool so you compare like with like. Get the quote itself dated, because quote-based prices can shift between calls. Do not sign anything before you have the written total for twelve months. Put the date on every quote you receive.
