How much does Jobber cost?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerA realistic Jobber bill is the plan price plus extra users plus any add-ons. [1] A Grow plan at $149 a month prepaid, two extra users at $29 each and the $29 Receptionist add-on would come to about $236 a month by my arithmetic. [1] Card processing is charged separately. [1]

The explanation

Start with the plan for your team size. The page ties each tier to a number of included users, and a user is anyone who opens the account to view or manage the schedule. [1] That definition matters for owners who give a helper or bookkeeper a login.

Then add what you actually need. The page prices Marketing Suite at $99 a month, Receptionist at $29 and Pipeline at $49. [1] Skip the ones you do not use and the bill stays near the base.

Finally, payments. The page lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for online card payments and 1% for bank payments. [1] Those come out of money you collect, not out of the subscription. Run your own numbers before signing. Put the three numbers on a spreadsheet row per month before you commit, then multiply by twelve to see the yearly pull on cash.

Apex adds up in a shorter list: the plan by user band, an optional AI Pack at $29 a month, and usage on a wallet that is rolling out. Texts cost $0.025 each sent, once connected.
