Does Jobber have route optimization?

Process: Dispatch and routing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerYes. Jobber's help center describes route optimization, with a master route set in settings and a daily route on the schedule map. [1] Availability depends on plan and schedule version, so check your own account and the vendor's current pricing page before relying on it.

The explanation

According to Jobber's help article, there are two kinds of routing. [1] The master route is a list of all properties in an optimized order, set under Settings, and suits companies with a fixed schedule. Daily route optimization is done from the schedule map and suits variable days. [1]

The article also lists limits. The settings-based optimization is available on Connect, Grow and Plus plans and only for accounts on the Legacy Schedule, while accounts created on or after November 12, 2025 use a separate Route Optimization on the New Schedule. [1]

Other details matter in practice. The settings optimization is based on Google maps and can run twice a day, and routing from the schedule map works on anytime visits, not on visits already fixed to a time. [1] Read the New Schedule article too if your account is recent. [2]

What to watch for

  • Assuming your plan includes it without checking the account page.
  • Expecting fixed-time visits to be reordered.

How Apex does it

Built, rolling out

Built. A real server path exists; only setup steps remain before customers can use it. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex includes a daily route optimization and route-density best-fit window offers. The window offers are built and still rolling out, and Apex does not compare itself on plan limits.

  • SC05Route optimization (daily)(Built)
  • SC06Route density / best-fit window offers(Built, rolling out)

Apex Flow Scheduler is in early access. See how we label status.
