How to cancel jobber account?

The explanation

The vendor's help article says only an admin user can cancel and lists the steps from the gear icon to the confirmation screen, which shows the last day of access ^[1]. If you are on an annual plan or a monthly plan with a one-year commitment, access runs until the end of that full term ^[1].

Subscriptions started inside the mobile app must be cancelled in the app, and refund requests go to the Apple or Google store rather than the vendor ^[1]. The help article also says you can switch to a lower plan instead of cancelling, with the change taking effect next billing period ^[1].

Plan the data. The article states you will lose access to clients, jobs, invoices and other information after the billing period ends ^[1]. Export your customer list, job history and invoices ahead of time, and keep an accountant copy. Then set up the new tool and test it before the old access ends.

Confirm you are an admin user on the account.
Export clients, jobs and invoices before the access end date.
Open Account and Billing and select Cancel Subscription.
Confirm and note the last day of access shown on the screen.
