Does Jobber cost money?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerYes, Jobber is a paid product, but its pricing page lists a 14 day free trial with full access to the Grow plan and no credit card required [1]. After the trial, a paid plan is needed. The page says nothing is deleted if the account expires before billing details are entered [1].

The explanation

The trial is the way to try it without paying. The page says that near the end you receive a reminder to add billing information, and that an expired account keeps its data so you can return and continue [1]. That lowers the risk of testing with real customers.

After the trial the plans start with Core and run up through higher tiers, priced by team size and billing choice [1]. You can upgrade at any time and downgrade at the end of your billing cycle [1].

Use the trial to test the parts you will rely on: add a few customers, schedule real jobs, send a quote, and try the reminders. A tool that feels good on dummy data can still fail on a real week, so push real work through it before the days run out.

Steps

  1. Prepare ten real customers and a week of real jobs before starting the trial.
  2. Send at least one real quote and one invoice from inside the tool.
  3. Check the reminder and booking flows from a customer's point of view.
  4. Decide on a plan before the trial ends, using the listed prices.
