How much is Jobber per user?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerJobber's pricing page lists 29 dollars a month for each additional user, and defines a user as anyone who accesses the account to view or manage the team's schedule [1]. Plans also include a set number of users, such as five on some tiers [1].

The explanation

The definition matters. Because a user is anyone who looks at the schedule, a crew lead on a phone counts as one [1]. A business that wants every worker to see their own day should count every worker when it totals the bill.

Included users change the math. Some listed tiers include five or ten users, and beyond that the extra-user charge applies [1]. Compare a plan with more included users against a smaller plan plus extra users, since the break-even point shifts with team size.

When you compare vendors, ask the same question of each: what is a user, how many are included, what is the price of one more, and are field workers counted? The answers decide whether the price stays reasonable at your actual headcount.

What to watch for

  • Forgetting that a worker who only views the schedule can still count as a user [1].
  • Comparing prices at one user when you employ six.

How Apex does it

In progress

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex counts users too: $59 a month for one user, $99 for two to five, $129 for six, and $10 for each user above 6, up to 50. Role-limited calendar views are designed for field workers.
