Build a ten-call test. Enter calls the way they come in, by phone and often from a stressed driver. Assign each to a truck, send an arrival time, attach photos, and invoice. Time each step.
Judge on what slows you down in the first minute of a call. If creating a job takes longer than writing it on paper, the tool will lose. Note whether the driver's phone shows the address and whether the customer gets a message. If both work, ask for pricing in writing. Record the minutes each step takes.
