Which field service scheduling software has a free trial?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerSeveral field service tools offer free trials: Jobber and Housecall Pro both list 14 days with no credit card, ServiceM8 lists 14 days with no card, and Tradify lists 14 days with all features. [1] [2] [3] [4] Trial rules differ, so read each page. [1]

The explanation

Trials usually run on the top plan, so features you see may not be in the plan you buy. Jobber's page says the trial is full access to its Grow plan, and Housecall Pro's says full access to MAX. [1] [2]

Fourteen days is short for a business with weekly and monthly work. Plan the trial around a busy stretch, import a few real customers, and run one complete job from request to paid invoice.

Write down what you want to learn before the first day: how long it takes to set up, whether the crew will use the phone side, and whether the customer notices. If you cannot finish the test, ask for an extension in writing, since some pages mention that expired accounts are not deleted. [1]
