What does field service CRM software cost?
Short answerCRM comes bundled with field service plans, so the price is the plan price: Jobber from $29 a month billed annually, Housecall Pro from $59 billed annually, each for one user [1][2]. Pipelines and other extras are add-ons: Jobber lists Pipeline at $49 a month and Receptionist at $29 [1].
The explanation
Customer records, notes and request tracking appear in the entry plans. Jobber lists a client manager and requests among all plan features [1]. Housecall Pro lists Pipeline among its add-ons on a separate list from the three main tiers [2]. A deal-by-deal pipeline view is therefore an extra on both.
Other add-ons stack up. Jobber lists Marketing Suite at $99 a month [1], and Housecall Pro lists add-ons such as Campaigns, Payroll and Voice as separate products [2]. A shop adding three of them can double the entry price.
Price it with a list. Write each thing you want the CRM to do, mark which are in the plan and which are add-ons, then total plan plus add-ons for your seat count. If the add-ons exceed the plan, a tier up may include them for less.
What to watch for
- Pipeline and marketing sold as separate monthly add-ons.
- Seat fees that grow the plan price for every office user.
