What is the cost of Calendly?

The explanation
The page names the add-ons Notetaker and Callie, and says they are only available in English at this time. [1] They are optional, and a service business that never records calls can ignore them.
Enterprise is for companies with large teams. It adds single sign-on, an audit log and a data deletion API, which a five-person crew will not use. [1]
So the cost that applies to you is almost always Free or Standard. Add the processing fees from your payment connection, and the cost of your time for whatever the tool does not handle. A cheap seat plus an hour of phone tag per week is not cheap. Prices were read on 2026-10-07 in US dollars, and the live page governs. None of the add-ons is needed to take a booking from a customer.
