How much is Calendly a month?

The explanation
Free allows one event type, so a plumber offering a quote visit and an emergency visit would already need Standard. [1] Standard lists unlimited event types and several connected calendars.
If you take deposits or payments, the Standard plan lists connections to Stripe and PayPal. [1] That is a connection to your own payment account, with that processor's fees on top of the seat fee.
Run a quick test. List the appointment types you sell this month. One type, free. Three types or any payment, Standard. A rotating team that assigns work among several people, look at Teams. Then run it for a month and see whether customers still call to change things. Prices were read on 2026-10-07 and can change. Revisit the choice whenever you add a service or a second person to the team.
