How much is Calendly monthly?
Short answerCalendly's page shows Standard at $10 per seat per month and Teams at $16, with a toggle between billed yearly and billed monthly and a note about saving up to 20%. [1] I could not confirm which price the default toggle shows, so check the toggle yourself. [1]
The explanation
The saving label is the clue. Standard shows 17% and Teams 20%, which tells you the monthly price is higher than the yearly one. [1] A yearly bill is a prepayment, so it ties up cash for twelve months.
For a seasonal service business this matters. A lawn crew that pauses clients in winter may prefer paying monthly and stopping, while a cleaner with steady weekly visits may like the saving.
Whatever you choose, put the renewal date in your calendar. Software that bills yearly renews itself unless you act, and the notice period is set in the vendor's terms, which I did not read. Ask support what happens to your event links if you downgrade. Keep a note of which toggle you read when you compared prices.
