How much does Calendly cost per month?
Short answerCalendly costs $10 per seat per month on Standard and $16 on Teams, so three people on Standard come to $30 a month and on Teams to $48 by my arithmetic. [1] The Free plan costs nothing for one person. [1] Only people who host meetings need a seat. [1]
The explanation
Seat counting is the whole game. Count only the people who will connect a calendar and take bookings. Office staff who just look at a schedule may not need a seat on this kind of tool, but confirm that with the vendor. [1]
The page offers a monthly and a yearly billing toggle with savings shown for yearly. [1] If the figures you see are for yearly billing, a month-to-month payer may pay more, so scroll to the toggle first.
Compare against the work you need done. If three technicians each need their own link, the seat expense is easy to see. If you need one shared booking page that assigns jobs by area, check whether round-robin on the higher tier is what you are really paying for. Round the total up for taxes, and revisit the seat count each quarter.

Apex counts users in bands, so three people cost the same as two: $99 a month covers two to five users. Requests can be routed by skills in a design that is still in progress.
