How much does Calendly cost?
Short answerCalendly costs nothing on its Free plan and $10 per seat per month on Standard, and the person who books a meeting with you pays nothing. [1] The seat belongs to whoever connects a calendar and hosts. [1] Teams is $16 per seat per month. [1]
The explanation
That last point matters if you worry about customers being asked to sign up. The page says meeting invitees do not require a seat or an account. [1] A customer picks a time on a web page and is done.
What the seat does not cover is everything around the booking. Quotes, invoices, route order and arrival-window texts are outside what the page describes for these plans. [1] A mobile crew still needs somewhere to hold them.
Before you pay, write down your own steps from request to payment, and mark which ones the tool actually handles. The unhandled ones are the real cost, because you do them by hand. Call the vendor if your situation does not fit these tiers, and write the answer down. Seats are the only recurring line, so count them honestly each quarter.
How Apex does it

On Apex, a customer picks an arrival window without making an account, and the visit stays pending until it is confirmed. The plan price is $59, $99 or $129 by user band.
