Close the loop on the technical side. Remove the calendar entry from both calendars, cancel or expire the video link and clear any reminder that would still fire. A reminder for a cancelled meeting is a common source of confusion.
Consider whether a visit would serve better. For estimates, a ten minute video can replace a trip if the customer sends photos, and a trip can be saved for the jobs that really need it. Note why the meeting was cancelled so repeat causes stand out.
