How much is Acuity Scheduling a month?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerPaid monthly, Acuity's pricing page lists Starter at 20 dollars, Standard at 34 and Premium at 61 a month [1]. The page advertises a 20 percent saving for annual billing, which brings those to 16, 27 and 49 [1]. Taxes are extra [1].

The explanation

The toggle on the pricing page switches between paying annually and paying monthly, and the page labels the annual choice as saving 20 percent [1]. The difference per plan is a few dollars to a dozen a month, which matters more as you add calendars.

Annual billing is a bet that you will still use the tool in a year. Because the trial is only seven days [1], the safer route for a new user is to start monthly, confirm it fits your workflow, and then switch to annual. The FAQ says you can switch in account settings after the trial starts [1].

Compare the annual saving with the cost of being wrong. If a tool might not fit, a month-to-month price is the cost of keeping your options open.

What to watch for

  • Assuming the headline price is the monthly price. It may be the annual rate [1].
  • Prepaying a year before testing the workflow.

How Apex does it

In progress

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex lists annual billing as paying for ten months and getting two free, for example $590 for the year on the Solo plan. Month-to-month billing and cancel inside the app are designed but still in progress.
