Then check four things on the vendor's own pages: how pricing scales with users, whether texting and phone minutes cost extra, how recurring visits and skips work, and what you get when you cancel. These are the points where owners most often report surprises.
Finally, run a two week trial with real customers. Watch for time saved on scheduling, fewer no shows, and whether your crew will actually use it. A tool that feels slightly less powerful but gets used beats one that sits unopened.
