Does Google have scheduling software for appointments?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerYes. Google Calendar lets you create an appointment schedule, which produces a booking page where people choose from your availability [1]. The vendor says you can ask for payment by connecting a Stripe account [2]. It is a calendar feature, so routes and job records are not part of it.

The explanation

The vendor's workspace page says that in Google Calendar you choose Create, then Appointment schedule, set the duration and availability, and share the link [1]. It states that you receive confirmation and update emails and can ask customers to pay in advance on the booking page [1].

The support article lists booking page settings such as where you meet people and a payments and cancellation policy section, and says payments require connecting a Stripe account [2]. It also notes that for eligible Workspace accounts Calendar can generate a booking page automatically from weekday availability [2].

This is a fit for simple one person appointments. It does not describe service areas, crews, drive time, or recurring plans, so a trade business with several stops a day will likely need more. Test with your real week, and read the vendor pages for the plan you hold.

What to watch for

  • Expecting a calendar feature to know about drive time between addresses [2].
  • Treating a submitted time as held without checking how the page confirms it.

How Apex does it

In progress

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex is designed to check a service area by zip, radius, or city, show drive time between jobs, and sync with an outside calendar. Service area and drive time work for the first business, and calendar sync is partly built.
