How to export contacts from Calendly?
Short answerCalendly's help center has an article titled How to import and export contacts that covers exporting contacts for use in other tools. [1] Export the list, open it in a spreadsheet, and check which columns are present. Booking tools often hold only a name and email.
The explanation
The help center's contacts section lists an article on importing contacts via CSV and exporting them for reuse across tools. [1] Read that article first for the current steps, since menus change. The point for you is the result: a CSV file you can open and keep.
Look at what is in it. A scheduling tool that captured people from a booking form may hold names and email addresses, but not phone numbers, service addresses or job history. If your next tool needs those, you will have to collect them from your invoices or ask customers at their next visit.
Keep the exported file somewhere safe, with a date in its name. Before cancelling, confirm in the vendor's help center how long your data stays available afterward. Then import the file into the new tool with a few rows first and check how names and duplicates were handled.
What to watch for
- Assuming the export holds addresses and phone numbers.
- Cancelling before opening the exported file.

Apex works toward customer import from CSV, a CSV export at any time and import from competitor exports. All three are partly built or built as screens, and none is complete yet.
