Does apple calendar sync across devices?
Short answerYes, Apple Calendar syncs across devices through iCloud. Apple says calendars are stored in the cloud and changes you make on one device, such as adding or deleting an event, automatically appear on all of your devices [1]. Each device needs the same Apple Account with Calendars switched on.
The explanation
The vendor page lists iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows as supported places to see iCloud calendars, and says you can also open them at iCloud.com in a web browser [1]. That makes a shared crew schedule workable if everyone signs in correctly.
The limits are about people, not devices. Syncing moves events between your devices, but it does not make a customer's phone show your jobs. For that you need to share a calendar with specific people, or send them confirmations from your scheduling tool.
For a service business, treat Apple Calendar as a personal view. If several staff create and edit jobs, a scheduling system with roles and a single source of truth avoids overwritten events. Use the Apple calendar to display a subscribed feed, not as the master.

- Assuming a synced calendar is also visible to customers or helpers.
- Having several people edit the same shared calendar with no rules.
