Are there problems with my software?

Process: App reliability and support. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerTo tell whether your software has a problem, run three quick checks: open the vendor's status page, try the same action on a second device, and ask a coworker to try it. If all three show failure, it is likely the service. If only yours fails, the problem is local to your phone, account or connection.

The explanation

Most software vendors publish a status page that reports outages. Search for the vendor name plus status, bookmark the address, and keep it somewhere the team can find. If the page shows an incident, you can stop troubleshooting and tell the crew to switch to the fallback.

If the page is green, the second device test tells you more. A laptop browser that works while the phone fails points at the phone. A failure on both points to the account or the network, which you can test by switching from Wi-Fi to cell data.

Ask a coworker last. If they log in and see data fine, then compare accounts: roles, permissions and whether payment is current can all change what a user sees. Write down the answer to each check before contacting support.

Steps

  1. Find and bookmark the vendor's status page.
  2. Try the failing action on a second device.
  3. Ask a coworker on a different account to try it.
  4. Switch networks, then contact support with the results of each check.

What to watch for

  • Assuming a green status page proves the service is fine for you.
  • Contacting support before you have tried a second device.

How Apex does it

Not a scheduler feature

Apex is in early access with one business as its only tenant, so it does not yet have a public status record or a history of incidents to point to. Roles and permissions exist, which helps compare what two users can see.

Apex Flow Scheduler is in early access. See how we label status.
