How much does scheduling software cost?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerScheduling software ranges from free tiers to hundreds of dollars a month: ServiceM8 lists a free plan and a $29 plan, Tradify charges $47 per user per month, and Service Fusion starts at $208 a month billed annually. [1] [2] [3] Some vendors publish no price at all. [4]

The explanation

Four pricing models show up. Free tiers cover one user with limits. Per-user pricing grows with your crew. Flat tiers with no user cap cost more at the start and less for large teams. Quote-only tools hide the number until you talk to sales. [4]

Add the extras. Texting, AI phone answering, payments and onboarding are often separate. Count what you will use in a normal month, and then add twelve months.

Finally, match the model to your crew. A solo operator is well served by a free or low plan. A crew of eight might prefer a flat tier. A 40-person firm should expect a quote. Use trials to verify, and check each vendor page, since these figures were read on 2026-10-07. Prices were read on 2026-10-07 and exclude taxes.
