Are there problems with the software?
Short answerWhen several people say there are problems with the software, collect three facts from each: when it started, which device they use, and the exact words on the screen. If everyone started failing at the same minute, suspect the vendor. If failures are scattered across devices and times, suspect settings or connections.
The explanation
Create a shared thread where staff post one line each: name, device, time, what happened. Ten minutes of collecting beats an hour of guessing. Patterns show quickly, such as every Android user failing or only the office computer.
Compare the timeline with anything the team did together. Did the office router restart, did someone change a role, did the plan or the billing card change? Group failures right after a change usually come from that change.
If the pattern points to the vendor, send one organized report rather than five separate complaints. Include the list, one or two screenshots, and the time window. A single clear report usually gets a faster answer than many partial ones. Keep a dated note of each incident, so a pattern over several weeks becomes visible and you can judge whether the tool is reliable enough for your schedule.
Steps
- Start a shared thread where each person posts device, time and what they saw.
- Look for a shared start time or a shared device type.
- Check for recent changes: router, roles, billing, plan.
- Send the vendor one organized report with screenshots and timestamps.
What to watch for
- Five people each emailing support the same vague message.
- Ignoring that only one device type is failing.
How Apex does it
Not a scheduler feature
Apex has roles and permissions for owner, office and crew users, so a team-wide problem can be compared against what each role is allowed to see. It is early access, with one business as the only tenant so far.
Apex Flow Scheduler is in early access. See how we label status.
Where this question comes from: owners type it, or a close variant, into search boxes. It was returned by public search suggestions (Google, Bing or DuckDuckGo) when we collected them on 2026-10-06. We do not have search volumes.
