How to cancel field service software?

Then look for the cancel route. Some tools allow in-account cancellation and others need a support request. Read the vendor's own terms and help center for the exact path, and keep screenshots of each step.
Before pressing cancel, export. Customers, jobs, invoices, notes and photos should be saved while you can still log in. Stop add ons and connections too: a texting number, a payment processor and a calendar sync can each keep charging or sending after the main plan ends.
