A home service visit is different, because the crew goes to the customer and the reminder needs an address, an arrival window and access notes. Calendly's SMS page says reminders leave without reschedule or cancel links unless you add them with a variable [1]. It also says replies from invitees are not delivered or monitored [1].
If your customers reply to texts with questions, that matters. Check the plan list on Calendly's own pricing page before you decide, because feature access can vary by plan and account age, as its help page notes [1].
