What do extra users above 6 cost, and what happens past 50 users?
Short answerThe Business plan covers 6 users for $129 a month. Each extra user above six adds $10 a month, so eight users is $149. Past 50 users there is no self-serve price: Apex gives a custom quote instead of an open-ended plan.
The explanation
The formula has two parts. Take the Business price of $129, which includes six users. Then count the users above six and multiply that count by $10. Add the two. A crew of ten pays $169 a month and a crew of twenty-five pays $319. This is a plan price only. Texts, AI usage and card processing are separate lines.
The jump from five to six users deserves a look. Five users sit in the Crew band at $99 a month, and six moves you into Business at $129. If your sixth person only needs to read the schedule, ask whether they need a login at all before the headcount crosses that line.
Apex does not sell an unlimited plan. At 50 users the price is $569 a month, and above that you ask for a quote. A very large crew usually has needs a flat table cannot capture, such as several locations or many dispatchers, and a quote lets the price follow those needs. Bring your user count, locations and trades when you ask.
| Users | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| 5 | $99 |
| 6 | $129 |
| 7 | $139 |
| 10 | $169 |
| 25 | $319 |
| 50 | $569 |
| 51 or more | Custom quote |
How Apex does it

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.
Apex prices by the number of users. Six users are included in the Business plan, each extra user has a listed price, and a crew above fifty users is quoted individually instead of being sold an open-ended plan.

More questions
What is the price jump from 5 to 6 users?
Five users is $99 a month and six is $129, because six moves you from the Crew band to the Business band. After six, each added user is $10.
How do I get a quote above 50 users?
Ask through the contact details on the Apex site. Bring your user count, number of locations and trades so the quote matches how you actually work, and ask for the total in writing.
Do seasonal workers cost a full month each?
Ask how users are counted and whether you can remove a login mid-month before you hire for a season. Do not assume a seat can be dropped and refunded the same day.
