How do I contact booking customer service?
Short answerTo reach a booking tool's support quickly, look for the in-app chat or the help center's contact page, and send the account email, the time the problem happened, a screenshot and what you already tried. A complete first message often saves a full round of questions.
The explanation
Start with the help center. Many answers are there, and support will ask whether you checked. If you need a person, look for the contact option inside the logged-in app first, since it can attach your account details.
Prepare the message. Include the email on the account, which page or step failed, the time it happened, any error text and a screenshot. Say how many customers it affects and whether bookings are being lost, so urgent issues are triaged properly.
Keep a record. Note the ticket number, who replied and what they promised. If a customer-facing booking page is down, post a note on your site or voicemail directing people to call, and keep a way to take requests by phone until it is fixed.
What to watch for
- Writing a one-line message with no account details.
- Having no fallback way to take bookings while the tool is down.

Apex works toward in-app help and tours, which is built as a screen, and does not offer 24/7 live support. Support hours and channels will be listed plainly on the help pages.
