Is there an issue with your software?
Short answerA good bug report has five parts: what you did step by step, what you expected, what actually happened, which device and browser you used, and the time it occurred. Add a screenshot or screen recording. Vendors fix problems they can reproduce, and a report with these parts makes that possible in one reply.
The explanation
The most helpful thing you can send is the exact sequence. Say I opened the job for the Smith kitchen, tapped reschedule, picked Thursday at ten, and the app showed a spinner for a minute then went back. That sentence is worth ten that say rescheduling is broken.
Include the device and software versions: phone model, operating system, browser, and whether you used the home screen app or a browser tab. Mention if it happens every time or only sometimes, and whether it started after a change.
Keep one thread per issue and reply in the same thread. Note any workaround you found, since that helps both you and the next customer who runs into the same thing. Be polite and specific. Support people work faster for customers who make the problem easy to see.
Steps
- Write the exact steps you took, in order.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
- List device, operating system, browser and time.
- Attach a screenshot or short screen recording.
- Keep one thread per issue and share any workaround you found.
What to watch for
- Sending only the words it is not working.
- Opening a new ticket for the same issue instead of replying to the old one.
How Apex does it
Not a scheduler feature
Apex is early access, and the owner of a business can report problems directly to the team that builds it. There is no 24 hour live support, so a clear report with steps and screenshots matters even more.
Apex Flow Scheduler is in early access. See how we label status.
