Is Housecall Pro free?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerHousecall Pro is not free to keep using: its page offers a 14-day trial with no credit card, and paid plans start at $59 a month billed annually or $79 billed monthly. [1] The trial gives access to the top plan, called MAX, so you can test everything. [1]

The explanation

The page describes the trial as free for two weeks, with a reminder before it ends and an assurance that data is kept if the trial lapses. [1] After that you pick Basic, Essentials or MAX.

Basic is $59 a month annually or $79 monthly with one user included. [1] Essentials is $149 or $189 with five users. [1] MAX is $299 or $329 with eight users included and $35 a month for each additional user. [1]

The page also says there is no long-term contract. [1] Card processing starts at 2.59%, with 1% on bank payments, per the same page. [1] Read the live page before committing. Because the trial runs on the top plan, test the features you would really use on the plan you would really buy, and note which ones vanish.
