Home inspection software mixes two jobs: writing the report and scheduling the visit. Some tools do both, some do one. Find out which you are buying and what your current process costs in time per inspection.
Ask five things: price per inspector per month, price per report if any, template and photo storage limits, whether the buyer's agent can receive the report, and how you export your data. Also ask what happens to old reports if you leave.
General field service tools may cover the scheduling and booking part with a posted price.
