How much is Square Appointments?

The explanation
The price is per location, not per person. A single shop with several staff pays one location fee, while a second shop adds another. [1] That structure favors teams that share one site.
Text marketing is metered. Plus includes 500 texts a month per account, then 3 cents each, and Premium includes 2,500 with 1.5 cents after that. [1] Gift card loads carry a 2.5% fee on Free and Plus. [1]
Card and invoice payment fees vary by method, and ACH bank transfers are 1% with a one dollar minimum. [1] Read the page for the current rates before comparing. Count locations, not people, when you total this one. Also check the processing rates for in-person and online payments, because they are separate from the subscription and often matter more than it does over a year.
