Choose by users first. Simple Start has one user, Essentials three, Plus five and Advanced twenty-five. [1] The right plan is the smallest one that fits the people who will log in.
Then add the extras you need. The page lists a charge of 50 cents per standard ACH transaction over monthly allotments for bill pay. [1] Payment processing, payroll and other services are priced separately, and I did not read those.
Finally, set a reminder for the end of the promotion. The list price returns after the discounted months, so put the full yearly figure in your budget. If your numbers look off after a few months, compare your invoices to this list and ask the vendor to explain the difference in writing. Keep a copy of the page when you sign up, since it shows what you agreed to.
