The explanation
The monthly fee is per location, so a second site doubles the plan portion. If you run one room with two instructors, you pay one location fee, and the page says there are no fees for additional users. [1]
Cash flow matters more than the headline for a small studio. A booking suite that takes a transaction fee on every class pass can cost more in a busy month than in a slow one. Multiply your average monthly card sales by the rate your quote shows.
Use that number, plus the plan, as your real monthly cost. Ask the vendor to confirm the rate in writing for your card mix, and ask whether the price can change at renewal. Prices were read on 2026-10-07. Ask whether a lower price is available for an annual commitment.
