What is the best dog grooming software free trial?
Short answerI cannot name a best grooming trial because I did not review grooming-specific vendors. General tools offer trials: Acuity lists 7 days with no card, Square lists 30 days on its paid appointment tiers, and Tradify lists 14 days. [1] [2] [3] Test with a real grooming day. [1]
The explanation
A groomer's calendar is not a list of equal slots. A large dog may need two hours, a small one forty minutes, and a dog that needs de-matting more. A good test is whether the tool can set duration by service and breed size. [1]
Next, test the pre-visit flow: a reminder, a way to confirm, and a way to take a deposit or card on file to cut no-shows. Square's page lists a paid trial of 30 days and a free tier that takes payments. [2]
Use the trial for a full week with your own customers. Count how many ask to change a time and whether they can do it themselves. Pick the tool the front desk likes, not the one with the longest list.
