Does google have a calendar scheduling tool?

Process: Booking and scheduling. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerYes, Google Calendar includes appointment schedules, which let you create a booking page from your availability so people can pick a time [1]. For eligible Workspace accounts, Calendar can generate a booking page automatically from weekday availability [1]. Check the current help page for which accounts and features apply.

The explanation

The help article walks through creating a schedule, then setting up the page: your name and photo, how and where you meet, a description, a booking form with first name, last name and email, payment and cancellation settings, and confirmations and reminders [1]. You can send up to five reminders.

Booking pages show times when you are free, because they read your calendar [1]. That means the page is only as accurate as the calendar. If your crew schedule lives elsewhere, the booking page will not know about it.

For a single person, it is a free way to take bookings without back and forth. For a crew with routes and capacity, check whether one calendar can represent each person and whether you can control arrival windows. If not, a tool built for service work is the better fit.

What to watch for

  • Letting the booking page show times that the crew has already filled elsewhere.
  • Assuming payment collection is on without connecting an account.

How Apex does it

In progress

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex has a hosted booking page that shows real availability, and a calendar connection as an in-progress piece. A request arrives as pending until the owner confirms it.
