How do I let contractor customers book themselves without calling me?

The explanation

Remodeling customers are not booking a service, they are starting a relationship, so the online step should be a consultation request. The questions do the qualifying that you would otherwise do on the phone: what they want to build, where, by when and within roughly what range.

A budget band is the most useful and the most resisted question. Offering ranges rather than exact figures makes it easier to answer, and it protects you from visits to jobs that would never fit. Make it required but include a not sure option so honest uncertainty does not block the form.

Route requests by skill when you have more than one estimator. Kitchen leads go to the person who sells kitchens. Each request arrives pending, and you confirm the visit window after you have read the answers.
