The explanation

Stop the two engines. Future visits should stop being generated, and recurring billing or autopay should stop on the same date. Many complaints begin with one more charge or one more crew arriving after a cancellation.
Settle what is left. Unused visit credits, prepaid packages or a pro rata amount are handled by your policy. Mark the plan ended, note the reason and set a reminder to contact the customer in a few months, since plans often restart after a move or a season.
