How much is Simpro?

Process: Software pricing and choosing. Reviewed 2026-10-07.

Short answerSimpro does not publish a price on the page I read. [1] That page says to contact the company for a personalized quote, and it mentions monthly or annual billing. [1] Expect the figure to depend on your team size and the modules you choose, and expect a sales conversation before any number appears. [1]

The explanation

The page describes implementation help, with local teams in North America, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand available to customize workflows. [1] Services like that usually mean a larger one-time cost beside the subscription.

Because the vendor quotes each business, comparing it with a posted price takes some work. Gather your number of office users, field technicians, jobs per month and the add-ons you want, such as takeoffs or data feed, which the site lists as products. [1]

Ask for the quote with each line separated: software, modules, onboarding, training and support. Ask whether billing monthly costs more than annual. Keep the quote and compare it to a posted-price tool after twelve months of total cost. A vendor visit or demo is the usual next step after that first call.

How Apex does it

Part of this is built. The rest is not. Status as of 2026-10-07; the badge shows the least-built feature involved.

Apex does not use a sales quote for standard plans. The price is by user count, and guided onboarding is optional at a one-time $99, $199 or $399 by band.
